belisario_mound_meeting_sanfran_2013-05-04As we head into extra innings of a game that was once a 5-0 deficit after 1.1 awful Matt Magill innings, let’s reset this as the previous game thread was well over 1,500 comments.

– Yes, that is Luis Cruz playing first base, a position he apparently doesn’t know how to play.

Dee Gordon has made himself quite the impression tonight, as has Paco Rodriguez. Actually, every Dodger starter had at least one hit.

Brandon League has thrown one (TERRIFYING) inning and may stick around for a second; otherwise, the only remaining relievers are Kenley Jansen & Matt Guerrier.

Jerry Hairston looked like he left with an injury, but it was reportedly just a routine double switch. With Juan Uribe (two hits!), Justin Sellers, and Nick Punto used, the only healthy bench player left is Ramon Hernandez. (Adrian Gonzalez came out to the on-deck circle in the ninth, but it’s unclear if it was just as a decoy.)

– Bunting is, and will forever be, the absolute worst. Seriously. I cannot express this enough.
